This notice explains what happens to the information you give through the enquiry form on this website. Warren Allen Ltd is responsible for it.

What I collect

Your name, email address and your message. The website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Why, and the legal basis

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to give you a quote. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to people who contact me, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is sent to my business email. It is not shared with anyone else or used for marketing.

How long I keep it

If you do not become a client, your enquiry is deleted within 12 months. If you do, my client privacy notice will explain how your information is used from then on.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used, by sending a message using the form on the home page. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
